My objective with this project was to create a way to securely fasten my bicycle lock to the seatpost. The assembly consists of two 3D-printed components and three M5 bolts. The lock is secured by a deep chamfered cavity and fastened with a print-in-place ratchet clamp. The material chosen was fluorescent orange PETG for its visibility enhancement and flexibility.
